Interest in ventilation systems, no matter whether for private houses or apartment complexes, is continuously increasing in Germany. Many misunderstandings and errors could be eliminated by constant research and detailed information. And experience from other countries has contributed to raising the awareness for the necessity of ventilation systems in Germany.

As one of the first pioneers in this branch the Luefta GmbH has specialized in providing ventilation systems since 1995. Unrivaled: the modular design!

The modular design means that a complete system consists of individual modules, the heat exchanger, the supply air fans and the exhaust air fans, the air intake filters and the exhaust air filters, a control unit und four flexible connections. If required we also supply air intake and exhaust air silencers. All modules of one size can be assembled among each other in different variants.

• The modular design permits the optimal adaptation of the ventilation system to the available space in technical rooms or pre-determined space when retrofitting old buildings.

• In case of maintenance or repair works the individual module is easily accessible thus enabling a quick exchange of individual modules and avoiding high costs for working hours.

• The modular design permits separating the heat exchanger from the other system components. This way several apartments can be ventilated either semi-centrally or centrally.

Semi-central ventilation:

The central components (heat exchanger possibly with bypass, ventilators, outside air filter) are located in the utility room and the de-central components (volume flow regulator, supplementary heater, silencer and exhaust air filter) inside the apartments.

Central ventilation:

The complete system is located inside a utility room and the apartments are ventilated centrally.

Lüfta systems LSD bzw. LS 150, 300, 450, 600, 800:

The systems ensure individual and economic dimensioning of the ventilation system no matter if destined for an apartment, a house for one or more families, a restaurant, classrooms or office space.

Lüfta systems MAX 1000, 1500, 2000 … up to 10000:

The systems meet the superior performance level required for office buildings, schools, kindergartens or apartment complexes as well as commercial buildings. For higher air flow volumes the system can be dimensioned up to 10,000 m³/h as necessary.

• The different product series offer the possibility to take individual wishes into account, e.g. the selection of the control unit in case of several apartments or the variability of the air volume ranging from 100 up to 10,000 m³/h

Efficient: Quality features for profitability!

The Luefta systems excel through high quality with regard to heat transmission and low power consumption of the fans. At a high air flow volume the Luefta systems achieve best values with regard to heat recovery.

Reliable: The materials used guarantee a long life!

Zinc-coated steel plate is used for the housings. This material is corrosion-resistant. Smooth inner surfaces ensure that very little dirt and pollution accumulate and they permit easy cleaning. Additionally the robust housing parts have a very long life compared to those made of polystyrene or plastic material.
